Good ski condo
Very nice 2 bedroom. Ski locker provided. No car rent needed-hotel shuttle plus free Vail bus stop. Nice indoor pool.

30-40 minute ride from airport on Colorado Mountain Express.

Fantastic Family Destination
My family just returned from a Spring Break stay at Simba Run Vail Condominiums. We were very satisfied with Simba Run. Our condominium unit was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Having three kids in tow, we were very pleased to have been assigned a unit with a triple bunk bed in the lower bedroom. The wood burning fireplace was also a nice feature in a condo unit. The pool and hot tubs were both welcome destinations following a full day on the slopes. The kids had a great time soaking in the large outdoor hot tub during the frequent snow storms experienced on our trip. Perhaps our favorite Simba Run service was the free shuttle buses that run between the complex and both Vail Village and Lionshead Village. We never had to wait more than a minute or two to catch the morning shuttle to the mountain. At the end of the day and in the evenings, we never had to wait long for a shuttle to return us to our condominium. The private shuttle eliminated the need to drive to or from the mountain during our visit. The shuttle also makes regularly scheduled trips to the local grocery store, further eliminating the need for a car. The Starbucks Coffee machine in the lobby was also an appreciated amenity. Guests can quickly brew a cup or a full carafe 24 hours a day, and it’s good stuff! The machine also makes hot chocolate. Simba Run is definitely one of the best values at Vail. My family will definitely return to Simba Run on our next trip to Vail.

Terrible Experience
We got to the hotel and were put into an abysmal room. The pictures online misrepresented what you are actually getting. Yes, they are privately owned condominiums so each one will be different, but there should be some standards set for the building as a whole. Customer service was poor, and didn’t allow us to switch hotels.
