Great value!
The hotel room was simply but clean. Contrary to other reviews, we found it extremely convenient. It was just a block from the St. Paul church which has a U-Bahn stop right in front of it and just about a 10-15 minute walk from the Hafbaunhof station. The hourly rate for wifi was pricey so we went with their monthly rate of 29 euros (even though we were there for 3 days). Essentially it’s a T-mobile hotspot so we could have also used it at any T-mobile hotspot for the month. We tend to go online a lot - every night for more vacation planning and to Skype with family so we felt like it was worthwhile. For us, it was cheaper than what we paid in Berlin.

Clean, modern, nice hotel!
We stayed at the hotel on our Honeymoon. It had an excellent proximity to the Oktoberfest fairgrounds--- only 2 or 3 blocks away. About a 20 minute walk to the "Old Town" center. The morning breakfast was excellant, however a bit pricey. I would recommend this hotel, however overall a bit expensive.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Absolutely go to Oktoberfest and the walking Brewery Tour of Munich was fun as well. The outdoor farmers market near the Old Town was unbelievable.
