Convenient to MN fair
Hotel was very convenient to state fair. The shuttle system was excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’d certainly stay here again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
From airport, take train to downtown and then bus to fairgrounds. Call hotel for shuttle to pick you up there.

Our room was not great
The hotel itself was nice and clean. I liked the train element, but our room was not impressive. We had water on our bathroom floor and the beds were very low and uncomfortable.

Unique Place
The hotel is built inside of an old railroad repair shop. It is a modern place that feels 100 years old. I have stayed there several times, and I always enjoy the stay. It is a great location for a morning walk or jog.
