Always a great time
I stay at the Regent Palace Hotel every time I stay in Dubia and I have always had a great room.

SOMEWHAT SATISFIED
Preety good hotel with a nice bar but the hotel is a little bit old and need some upgrading especially on bathroom, accessible to karama shopping district and its on a middle of major attractions, I do recomend this hotel.

Worst Hotel In Dubai I’ve seen yet
It’s difficult to find a terrible hotel in Dubai, but I found one. First impressions are everything. Upon entering the hotel, I was alarmed to find cockroaches crawling about the chairs within the waiting area. Then, I was told that I couldn’t check-in early, even though I paid extra to be able to obtain a reserved room, as I knew ahead of time that I’d be arriving early to the hotel. Then the cherry on top; I needed to make four international calls. Each call was placed for me, as there is a switch board representative on hand. There was a problem with the phone lines on each call and I wasn’t able to get through. A problem didn’t ensue until I explained my situation and I was told I’d have to pay for each call anyhow. Zero customer service!!!! Zero friendliness by the staff!!!! And while I was there, other guests were just as unhappy. It was good to see that it wasn’t just me. In addtion, there wasn’t any hot water for the shower. At this point, I just wanted to get out of here. Now, for the price I paid, it wasn’t worth the stay. I would have been better off staying somewhere like the Metropolitan Palace Hotel; that place was fantastic!!! One last thing; the level of construction around the area was not only extremely noisy, but trying to obtain a taxi within the area was very difficult as well.
