only slept there
The bed was horrible. We got no sleep all night. I guess you get what you pay for. I only needed a place to sleep for an LSU game.

Nothing Spectacular
The hotel looks better from the outside. We got a smoking room. The entire floor smelled like cigarettes and the room was much stronger than the hallway. Everything reeked of smoke which was very uncomfortable after the first 2 days. The internet connection was horrible. The wireless kept going in and out and when it did work the signal was very weak. It would take at least five minutes to load a page. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Was in walking distance of movie theater.

Great deal, but not many extras
I was quite satisfied with this hotel. Most of the problems that I ran into were my own fault for assuming they would have amenities like continental breakfast, shampoo & conditioner, and a hairdryer. I now realize that none of those things are listed on the website, and that this is probably how they keep relatively low rates at an all-suite hotel in a good area. My major complaint: while my room was non-smoking, I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation from somewhere nearby. In the morning after I’d forbore it all night, I realized that it was strongest through the bathroom vent and that I probably could have virtually eliminated the smell by keeping the bathroom door closed. The bed was also a bit hard for me, but I’m very sensitive to that and it probably wouldn’t bother most people.
