Excellent Hotel
Very warm and cozy atmosphere. Would recommend this hotel any time of year, the christmas lights were a site to see.

Disappointed in the Ritz
We stayed here for one night as a quick getaway right after Christmas. We were glad we didn’t book more days at the hotel was the mantra the next day. The workout facility was nice and kept up very well is the only thing I can positively say about our stay. The employee wiped down machines after someone used it and placed a fresh towel and bottled water at each machine. The walls in the room were quite thin and the room wasn’t up to Ritz standards in my opinion. We were highly disappointed in the quality of service and food at the restaurants as well. A fly in your water gets nothing more than a new glass of water. We had to actually ask them to take the dead fly away from the table! Sadly, we will not be staying here again which is a shame since it is a nice facility and has great potential.

Excellent
How do you describe a perfect experience? My wife and I stayed for our 20th anniversary quick get away and we were delighted. Somehow everyone of the staff knew our name when we walked in the door, and everyone of them wished us happy anniversary. At Dinner they even gave us a special anniversay desert, and our room was provisioned with waiting champagne on ice and our floor was adorned with rose petals. They really could not have done anything more to make sure we had a wonderful time!
