Had a great time. Getting into Ottawa was not too bad. Entire staff was great.

One of my Favorties
This hotel is cheaper than some downtown Ottawa hotels and much better. A great place to stay, eat, and relax. The views from every room are great too.

Bad Service
Even though the hotel was well kept and clean and in a great location for our needs, the hotel staff was unaccommodating....minimal change at the front desk...unwilling to give up what they had..."they may need it" ...concierge was completely uninterested in helping us secure a rental car and dinner reservations on 2 occasions. Bad service.
