PERFECT for our airport stopover spot!
Again, the rooms in this hotel were MUCH MORE THAN WE EVER EXPECTED! Nice, full kitchens with dishwashers. There was a comfortable living area and two separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The view was incredible as well. Our only regret was that we were only spending one night on our way to the airport and our flight was very early the next morning, so we didnt get to enjoy much of what we saw! Thank you Expedia for the awesome deal!

Acceptable but not the best
Hotel was a flash back to the 70s. Needs paint. elevator broken for months based on the reviews I have read. Beach is OK, not great. Small pool.

Good Location; More of a condo than a hotel
What can I say? It is more of a condo/Apt than a hotel. But for people who prefer to do their own cooking, this is the place to go. The fully equipped kitchen was nice and impressive. House keeping is NOT daily, but 2 or 3 times a week (It is available with a fee for more frequent services). The beach for someone who is new to the island initially looks great! But once you travel around the island and go to other beaches (such as Orient or Maho), then you realize that Royal Palm Beach is probably among the worst. Water is not that clear, and there are tons of rocks once you step in the water (compared to Maho beach, whcih is all soft sands and extremely clear water!) The view, however, is SPECTACULAR! Overall, it is a good quality hotel, spacious and clean for your money.
