Great Hotel that now is lost.
Booked room unavailable on arrival. Cosmo from the bar contained only vodka!No papaer delivery. Sloppy breakfast service. Credit card billed incorrectly.Staff poorly trained.

Very impressed
I’ve been lucky enough to stay in some of the best hotels in the world from childhood on and none surpasses this one for beauty, style and especially for service which was excellent. I have already decided to go back in October and take my husband and then again next Spring and meet up with friends. The town of Vail is lovely in these off seasons, very calm and with great weather.

The hotel has four restaurants, all very good with a variety of very fresh food and terrific service.
