Very Good
This hotel is very good. I went to Omaha for Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting. The hotel even has a shuttle to travel us back and to Qwest Center. Hotel is clean and good.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Omaha city is very big though the population is not large. So it is better to rent a car during your stay at this city.

The place is scary
We took two rooms at this hotel for a business trip. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The place was shabby. Water damaged carpeting, a weird odor, toilet paper stuffed in the void where a door peephole had been... My room featured partially painted over duct tape above the door. Apparently the maintenance crew walked out of this place once upon a time, and never returned. And on the subject of never returning...

May have been a nice hotel, needed up keep. Rooms were not clean very well and smelled
