convenient, wasn’t told until I arrived that the handicapped room I reserved was in the basement. I should have researched nearby restaurants before arriving so rhat I would not rely on hotel staff for suggestions.

Holiday Inn Express - LaGuardia
Excellent hotel, staff ROCKED! - so helpful, shuttle service to the subway, call ’em when you want a pickup - GREAT!! shuttle to the airport - PERFECT... these guys know how to treat a guest. The room was fantastic, nice and clean, quiet, etc. Stayed in 3 different hotels while in NYC... this one was cheapest, but also cleanest, and best staff!!

Hotel service is pretty good, room is okay, we just stayed overnight for catching the next morning flight at La Guardia airport. So the hotel’s location is much ideal for us
