Super Value -- Bargain price for top notch room
While the hotel is older, it is charming, maintained and a great location. Our room was really nice, with all new fixtures and was very comfortable. Free coffee each a.m. and a very pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and the grounds. The location is super! Loved the stay.

Scottsdale Resort
Rooms not as well appointed as during past stays. May have been an older section of the hotel. Overall a very nice resort with excellent services and a beautiful setting.

OK - But Not a 4-Star Property
Tooth paste splatter on vanity mirror left for days. Maid service arrives as late as mid-afternoon. Snail’s pace internet connection with computers in business center (@ $10/day). Valets smoking (and spitting!) in lobby area of this is a non-smoking property. Front desk employees are not exactly eager to help. I asked for a quiet room; it was a hike to get to, but very quiet....overlooking a back parking lot with a lovely fountain. A great value at Expedia’s special rate if you want decent, clean accommodations. But Expedia’s rating of 4-star needs to be revised!
