Great hotel

Very nice hotel. Our room was very nice and was huge, bathroom a little small but did have jetted tub. Restaurant was nice and food was good but restaurant service was a little slow, especially since there were only a few diners.

Great Price but was a meeting room with flip up beds

Recommend room because of the low rate. Great Price but was a meeting room with two flip up beds that fold into the wall and were very firm. The roll away bed had springs in the thin mattress and was very uncomfortable. Had an 8 foot table. Was a very very large room. The shower dripped/turned on slow, on and off all night. Hot water came out of the cold sometimes at first.

It is not excellent but, I stayed only one night so it doesn’t matter for me. If people want to stay there just one night it’s OK. Carpets and blankets are not clean. It doesn’t smell good.

This hotel doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel. They are not replacing the shampoo or soaps every day, the carpet in our room was very wear, the furniture is very old, the TV set is supposed to be at least a LCD one but it was a classic one. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna looked in bad conditions. Jacuzzi and sauna didn’t work at all.

Inexpensive, reasonably comfortable place not far from Quebec City. Beautiful nature around. So-so restaurant.

Totally Impressed

Hi! When I arrived at this hotel, I expected a low rate, run down hotel! wow! was I surprised! It was posh, well maintained & very exquisite. However, it was far out of the way of downtown Quebec, however, it also gave us time to unwind & see the sights. I would recommned this place to anyone & it was great for the price.

comfortable accomodation

Cute hotel just a short drive outside Quebec City. Comfortable room, great summer rates, since it is primarily a ski lodge. Fully bilingual reception. We enjoyed it!

Hotel Val Des Neiges

This was the only hotel in the area of Quebec that would accommodate a family of 5 that I could find. The rooms were big, with a magnificent view of Mont St. Anne and it’s many ski trails. The beds were double beds, which were small for the room, so weren’t all that comfortable. They could do much more by putting in much larger beds. The food was very good at the hotel dining room, but expensive. There were many school age kids staying at the hotel while we were there, so there was a long line at the breakfast buffet, and they had trouble keeping up with their high demand for bacon! We did enjoy our stay there.

if you’re a city slicker, this’ll make you feel like you’re in the mountains; if you’re from a mountainous area, well, not so much. hotel is quite clean and well-maintained; rooms are cozy, if a bit cluttered with too many furnishings; restaurant has something of a snobbish air, but is reasonably priced. friendly, helpful, bilingual service (french, english).

nice recreation opportunities within walking distance (including walking paths through the woods), hiking, paragliding, golf.
