NIce pool, skeptical at first but good, NASTY Carpets in rooms!
The hotel itself looks somewhat dingy on the outside, but is decent on the inside lobby area but not in the rooms where it counts. I must say, the carpets need to be replaced. Seriously. We have two small kids, and it was a battle to get them to stay off the carpet. It felt gross on your feet, and had some very distinguished stains. Im a guy and could honestly care less where I slept, but seriously, theyre bad. Smelly rooms, sheets had a nasty stain on them and the pack and play they provided had some white filmy stuff on it, no sheets. If I could do it again, i would have spent the extra $25.00 for a nicer room at the Holiday Inn Express, or a hotel of similar nature. Oh and if it matters to some: no continental breakfast, they do have a full serve option there though :)

It was great for Grand Forks ND
They were ready for us and the stay was great for the time we were there
Traveler's tip for business travelers
A great place to stay for graduation of your children from UND. It is ver close to the university and close to a main street for the town.
