Not up to standards
Was charged for concierge service, but the hotel did not offer on the week-end. Hotel not up to Marriott standards.

Breakfast at Tiffanys?
The hotel and services were good but, we both thought the buffet breakfast in the hotel lobby restaurant was expensive for the quality. The bacon was too crispy, I considered it to be burnt. The sausage was the terrible gristle filled kind.Yuck!! The eggs were cold. The toast was cold and hard. Have breakfast someplace else.

Good hotel, other than staff
Service at front desk is very bad. We (me and another Marriot patron) were not able to get on the shuttle bus early in the morning at 5:00am. It leaves five minutes earlier before the departing time, we cant get reservation on it. Both of us asked front desk if we need a reservation for the shuttle, they ensured that we could get on. In stead, we have to take a taxi. Not a fun experience and it is first time happened to me among these many stays in Marriot. Guess I am going for Hyatt next time.
