Saddlebrook is Fabulous!
I brought my aunt, who is dying of cancer, to Saddelbrook over Labor Day Weekend. There were very few guests there, which made it very quiet and pleasant. We ate at all the restaurants and used the spa services for two days. Everyone treated us like queens and this was definitely a high quality experience.

Not bad, but overpriced and unfriendly front desk
This hotel needs to learn that the customer comes first. The waitstaff in the overpriced restaurants were very kind, but the managers we encountered were not at all helpful. They need to learn from the real resorts that making things easy for the customer is what theyre supposed to be in business for. Otherwise, dont call it a "resort" where people would expect that if they spend good money they will be treated well.
Traveler's tip
Save every little piece of paper they give you. Even though they have everything in the computer-they will not happily replace room cards, etc.
