Lacking in customer service
Because of a late flight I didn’t arrive at the hotel until almost midnight. on arrival they weren’t sure my room was clean, so they had to check. I didn’t receive a wake up call and I had a 6a flight. No one could be found at the front desk for check-out. I had planned on using the shuttle, but luckily didn’t have to. Not a good experience when you are on a rigid schedule.

not what we expected
The staff was not friendly at all and no one seemed to know where the pool was located. We were sent on a wild goose chase by two separate staff members. We finally found out from another person staying there that the pool was located at the clubhouse, two blocks away.
