Big Rooms poor service
These rooms are big and roomy, however, we asked twice for extra pillows and blankets and to have someone fix the drain in the bathtub. We were told these things would be taken care of and never were. Showering in ankle deep water was no fun.

Pleasantly Surprised
After booking a room here, I read a number of reviews which panned everything about the place - rude desk clerks, dirty rooms, etc. This was NOT my experience. The desk clerks were pleasant and efficient. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The bathroom appeared brand new. I will stay here again when I am in Bangor next month.

Hotel needs to be remodeled, cause it’s getting too old.
