Hotel Horror
The picture of this hotel on the Internet is very deceiving. The name as well sounds very good, but I will not recommend this Hotel for any body. The quality of the rooms are very bad and the service is nothing to write home about.

Below Average Hotel
The hotel was not able or prepared to take any early arrivals (I arrived at 1 p.m. and was told I could not check in until 3 p.m. so I had to use the hotel lobby bathroom to change clothes, wash up, etc. so as to make an appointment in Central London). There was also no elevator service so I had carry two heavy bags of luggage up two flights of very narrow stairs. Theres no A/C and while it was cool & breezy, it would have been nice if there were screens on the windown and if I hadnt been given a room that looked over the back of the hotel where there was nothing but an overload of trash, full dumpsters, construction material, etc. I found the staff to be moderately helpful while there were a few who were not helpful at all. It was a hit or miss type of situation.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Bring your own washclothes (they didnt have any handcloths), some Lysol and maybe even a fresh blanket (theirs did not appear to be the cleaniest Ive seen. . .)
