Not Impressed
This hotel was not as good as we thought.It was our honeymoon and we were not at all impressed.We did not have hot water for the first three days we got there,and the food we ordered from room service was just plain gross.Our air condition was not working for about half the time we stayed there and we stayed 10 days total and had no air condition for 6 days out of the 10 days we stayed. I expected so much more since Expedia rated this hotel 5 stars so this was a pure let-down for me and my husband.

Very Nice
We were very pleased with the Hyatt. It is recently remodeled and is very nice and very clean. The staff is very willing to help you. They all speak good english if you don’t. Great neighborhood. Close to the metro and a short walk from major attractions.
