Excellent Service
I made a booking mistake and booked the wrong night for this hotel. When I showed up, the manager Jeremy was extremely helpful and held one of the two room he had left that night until I could get my mistake straightened out with Expedia. The following night, when the hotel was not very busy, he asked if we wanted to move to a better room. You just don’t get service like that anymore and for that I will stay at this hotel whenever possible when I’m in VA Beach.
