Pleasant Surprise
The facility, immediately adjacent to the Extended Stay Hotel, was spotless and very well maintained. In spite of what some reviewers mentioned, it was a fairly easy ten minute walk to downtown and a somewhat long block from the convention center where I had my meeting. One of the nice things was how quiet everything was. The courtyard pool and patio area was rather like an oasis after the meetings were over. The breakfast came with a charge but why bother eating at the hotel when Sherman’s Deli, which serves the best breakfast in Palm Springs, is five minutes walk away.

Very Impressed!
I was pleasantly surprised after my original disappointment at not being able to stay at the Hilton down the street from the rest of my party. Your hotel had a refrigerator in the room, which is a huge plus! The rooms were nicely updated and it didn’t have that ’OLD’ feeling. I’m very picky about the hotels i stay in and i was extremely happy with my short weekend with your lovely hotel. I will and already have recommended your hotel to others and look forward to staying there again. Thank you for a pleasant experience and the comfy bed!

great deal for the money
All the other hotels in the area were comparably priced, but they also charged a fee of 25-35 dollars on top of the rate posted, billed as a "convenience charge:. Not only did this hotel not have any hidden fees, they did not charge extra for the gym or internet in the lobby and the wifi actually reached the pool area. The desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Beds were a little too soft for our taste, but otherwise great.
