Great Customer Service
The staff at Traiano Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Only two glitches - at check in we were not told how to use the air conditioning and we assumed it was minimal. Not so and once we asked, it was resolved. Also, Expedia reported a shuttle from the airport and even indicated I could request that via Expedia. Upon arrival we did not have a shuttle and had to figure out the train system.

great location
This hotel is smack dab in the midst of the historical district. An easy walk to all the must see sites. Super close to the busses is need be. The staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay here again
