Some improvement desired
We liked the location and value at Hyatt Place. Plus points: Staff was friendly Breakfast was decent Minus points: Pillow covers were not very clean. In room referigerator was empty, so not even sure why it was there. Room did not have a comforter and blanket was rough We were too tired to have the above things fixed.

Great Price - Big Room
Hyatt Place rooms are great! They have a living space in addition to the sleeping area. It is so nice to have some extra room! Great hotel staff - very helpful.

Great stay
the room was better than i expected, the couch was comfortable the bed was even more comfortable, swivel flat screen so i culd watch tv from the bed or couch indoor pool was great and the hotel was coviently close to woodfield mall and the staff was great and very helpful
