Great Hotel
Great hotel. Close to the new Rivers casnio. A lot of construction in the area, but still managed to find our way around. Right across from the IKIA store. Did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Would return again.

Nice hotel, underconstruction
The hotel was nice and had tons of shopping and restaurants very close by. Hotel was undergoing a lot of construction which made things a little less enjoyable.

Excellent staff and lovely, quiet and comfortable hotel
As a very unusual circumstance, I injured my knee enroute to Pittsburgh. When I arrived at the Hyatt, I really was exhausted and uncomfortable. From the front desk to everyone working hard at the hotel, I felt really taken care of and as if this were a "home away from home." Their compassionate professionalism makes this facility and the Pittsburgh area a place I hope to return to again!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Travelling very economically is important to me right now and I found the location of a huge grocery store and many other stores in the immediate vicinity a real cost-saving bonus to a very comfortable and clean hotel.
