Nice hotel
The Wingate is tucked away ztop one of the many hills in Birmingham. The area has several dining selections. The continental breakfast is pretty good and the dining area is kept very clean.
Traveler's tip
If you need to drive into Birmingham on a weekday during the mrning rush hour, give yourself an hour to get there. Traffic is horrible on 280 during rush hour. otherwise it only takes about 15-25 minutes to drive into town.

Would definately stay here again and reccommend it to others.
My stay here was really enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable, clean , only wish the view had been better of Birmingham, trees did block the view, But everything was great room and service wize.

Couldn’t believe how nice it was for the PRICE, Great place
Had no Problems what so ever. Beds were very comfortable and the service was great. Had a little trouble with the wireless internet but the front desk took care o the problem promptly and was resolved. Thanks to the staff and i will be back.
