An OK Place to Stay
The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and it is close to the interstate. It is an OK place to stay if you are not looking for any extras.

their breakfast is at IHOP!!!
the service was okay, the location was close to DC but looked like I was in the projects, the look and surroundings of other hotels just an exit north or south was a lot better for about the same price. Also I would have preferred to have a regular breakfast like all other hotels offer as opposed to be waited on at an iHOP!!! AND the WAIT was really LOOOOONG!!!

In my opnion spend the few extra dollars it would take to get a couple more exists closer to DC.

Clean and Safe Hotel
Hotel was clean and safe, which was my basic criteria. Maintenancewise the ice machine on my foor was broken for most of my stay and the elevator was marginal It was convenient to have the IHOP in the hotel although prices were higher than I expected. I will stay there again.
