Great Hotel
I arrived early and was allowed to check in 2 hours early. The staff was extremely helpful with any need.

Great hotel, but.....
This is the second time that I have stayed at a Hilton Hotel. The first time was when I was on a business trip in Orange County. I remembered I really enjoyed my stay there which is why I wanted to stay again. Well, I guess I learned that each hotel is different at different times. A group of 20 kids in a summer camp were also staying at this hotel. The hallways were not only a little noisier, but also the elevators were a little slower and more crowded along with the pool. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

Best hostess
Our stay was the best ever. The rooms were clean,and the hosts and hostesses were always helpful and wanted to make our stay was the best. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best Price for Great Comfort
I absolutely love this hotel! I’m pregnant so when I travel it’s a big deal for me to be comfortable where ever I stay. I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past few months because it makes me feel at home. As any woman knows, that is crucial when traveling while pregnant and with children.

Area not a tourist area. However, for 100.00 the hotel recommended a travel guide which took me to LA, and allowed me to do whatever I wanted.eat,shop walk around, and visit celebrity homes. The huge mall had great deals. And restaurants in area were great. Hotel staff excellent. super friendly.

This is the place to stay
I had never stayed at A Hyatt Place before, upon check, which the desk person was very courteous I proceeded up to my room. The room was extremely nice and set up prefectly; the flat screen turned fso prefect for bed area as well as couch area. will definitely stay again and Hyatt place is on my list for other cities as well.

Terrific hotel--terrible internet service.
We needed a quick hotel near 210 & 15 and the airport. This was excellent in every way EXCEPT for the internet service. There was some problem with it, but they wanted us to come to the desk to retrieve some cable or something. By the time we knew there was a problem, we were in bed and found it difficult to dress and go downstairs. The staff was not helpful regarding this need. So we ended up with no internet. This was important! If we had known we had no internet, we would not have stayed there. In all other respects we would highly recommend the hotel.

Ideal PLace to Stay!
We were visiting family nearby & wanted to be close to the airport & Ontario Mills Mall but have the amenities of a better hotel. I am very finicky about my hotels but this one exceeded my hopes. The room was spotless, had a great living room area, comfy beds, and was extremely clean. The staff greeted us in a genuinely happy manor. The free breakfast was very good (enough for me & the kids!) and having a Starbucks on premesis was great!! This hotel was totally worth the price we paid on Expedia and we would definitely stay there again & again!

Visit the Ontario Mills Mall & movie theater. It was a great day for the family.

Great Service, Clean, Good Not Great Level of Quality
Very, very friendly service - the welcoming hostesses were bubbly and friendly to the point of being almost overwhelming. The hotel was clean, modern, well kept. The level of quality was good, but it was not really 3 star type of hotel - just something a step above Holiday Inn.

An excellent hotel for everyone.
100% smoke free hotel confirmed!! Glad my room is closed to the exit. I always checked in at 1-2am so didn’t expect graveyard shift personnel much. It’s alright. The room is exactly what I saw on expedia. Huge LCD is a +, the bed is a gigantic + (perhaps it’s new), the sofa bed is also a big +. There’s also a convenient console of audio/video connector mounted to the wall so you can hook up your computer, ipod, etc, for your own entertainment or business needs. Most importantly, wake up early, don’t miss the complimentary breakfast.

Don’t trust your GPS in finding the hotel, which I did. Or else you’ll spend at least an additional 30mins to find the hotel, which I also did. The area is so new.

Excellent Hotel & excellent spot near the Ontario Mills mall. VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF and the rooms were excellent too. LOVED IT. We usually stay at hiltons, but this was superb..esp with the breakfast included. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would stay there again
The hotel was clean and seemed very new. The rooms was comfortable and beautifally decorated. The 42" plasma was a plus. From the moment we walked into the hotel to check in the front desk employees were very polite and accomodating. One negative about our stay was the extremely long wait for our breakfast. I complained upon check-out and the charge for the meal was removed.

The hotel is located at the Ontario Mills Mall, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not more than another 5 miles is another outdoor mall that has many higher end shops and even more restaurants. Definitely a nice weekend getaway for some shopping.

Very nice!!
My experience at this hotel was great until the morning. The morning shift was under-staffed and breakfast took for ever. I didn’t mind because I grabbed breakfast somewhere else. Besides that, hotel was very clean, very nice and HD TV in the room! Overall, great.

More maintainence at the Hyatt
This is the third time I have stayed here and the third time workmen were doing work. The recent upgrade to the place was welcomed. The water temp was very low. Almost cold. The front desk said it was due to the high volume of showers at once. Sad. Million dollar remodel and no new hot water heater?
