Not at all impressed.

It was the smallest room I have ever tried to use. Two people in the room caused a traffic jam.

Good Hotel for the Price

The only drawback was the bed. It was very springy. That apart everything else was good. Good place to stay for a night or two.

Not impressed

There was an awful odor through out the hotel. The bed had a dent in it where people have slept. We ended up getting a room at another hotel the was fantastic and about the same price.

First room we were given was not made but another room was quickly found. Booking was for 3 adults and 2 children and 2 x double room given but no other bed supplied. Amenities OK and room generally clean

Traveler's tip on local attractions

three local attractions, falling in middle of town, small zoo, and small water park. Lot of mall shopping if interested in shopping

close to I-29, food and entertainment. Clean, quiet, friendly. We will definately stay again.

Nothing special, but you get what you pay for. Decent breakfast.

A reasonable basic motel

It is clean, quiet, and in reasonably good condition. As of July 2008 there was some remodeling in progress, but it did not impact our stay at all. They do not have a pool or spa. They were not as careful about keeping the breakfast bar stocked as they should have been (out of napkins and OJ), but that could just be due to the individual on duty that morning.

Hotel was being updated during our stay, which didn’t really effect us. Over hotel was good, free breakfest was good, they had a computer for flight check-in. Only downfall was the maid didn’t clean our room/give us fresh towels the first night stay, so when we got back to the hotel it was just as we left it, I was very disappointed, but they gave us fresh towels.

very clean, friendly, and convenient

I felt safe there as a single traveling woman. Halls were adequately lighted and the staff was friently. Close to restaurants and interstate.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

This hotel was not overly-expensive, but looked like a high-end hotel.

Breakfast???

We selected this hotel because of the breakfast offering, but the breakfast was truly horrible, inedible. Even the coffee was wretched. Stay there, OK, but eat elsewhere.

OK for a place to sleep

For us this hotel was basically a home base to keep our stuff and a place to sleep, and it was fine. Nothing fancy. Bathroom was especially small. Had quite a bit of trouble w/our key cards, and finally had to exchange them at the front desk, which was no problem. The fridge in the room rattled, so we had to pile a suitcase on it to keep it quiet. Certainly not far from the street, so street noise was an issue at times for sleeping, but for our purposes and the price it was ok.

A good place to stay in Sioux Falls

Convienient, clean and a good value. Perfect for business or leisure especially if you are on the go and not spending a lot of time in a hotel. Free Internet w/ a pc in the lobby and good selection of free breakfast foods were a nice plus. I’d do it again anytime.
