decent accommodation with helpful staff
The hotel was as expected for a mid-range property. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Room comfort was acceptable, but the curtains/drapes in the room still allowed light in. For a place where daylight is practically 24 hours during the summer, blackout curtains should be considered a necessity.

Better than expected
The hotel was located at downtown of Rovaniemi, one block from tourist information center, one block from public bus to Santa Claus village, and 20 minute walk from Central rail station. It looked like renovated recently and clean. Two public computers with internet access was available. Top floor souna was good even though access time was limited.

Everything was good except for toilet
We stayed in a room for 2 person where 2 twin beds joined together at mid of November. The toilet was so small that we hardly moved while in the toilet. Anyway, the room was ok. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was quite nice but I hope that they have more choices on hot food.
