Would definelty recommend to others.
Have a nice restaurant with breakfast every monring. Great bar with intimate seating. In the basement they have a very nice library with free internet. The airline lost our luggage and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and accomodating in helping us to regain our luggage.

Excellent hotel
This was one of the most highly rated hotels in the central part of Dublin, and it lived up to its expectations. Great location, very friendly staff, clean, has a small gym, good internet, quait reading room on lower level. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and service in Dublin!
A friend and I spent a long weekend in Dublin and had the most amazing time at the Brooks Hotel. The concierge Conor made us feel at home immediately and was so helpful. Everyone was extremely friendly and had so many good ideas for things to do. The hotel itself is very nice--modern, hip and clean...and the location could not be better--close to Grafton, close to Temple Bar, close to Trinity College...yet quiet. We absolutely loved it and will recommend it to anyone who travels to Dublin.
Traveler's tip on dining
Theres a french restaurant around the corner from the hotel which should not be missed. Ask for directions at the front desk.

A Nice Hotel slightly off the beaten path
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not included in our deal and the price was a little high for what was offered. The safe was not available due to maintenance. The hotel also had a converter for our US appliances, but the hotel could not hold very high voltage (probably typical). The location kept most of the street noise away and was still close enough to everything to be in a good location.

Great Hotel!
The staff here is amazing! We arrived at 7am and were ushered downstairs to tea and coffee where Conor gave us a great highlight of the city with his recommendations based on what we wanted to see. Our luggage was taken care of until our room was ready later in the day. The room was clean and the location was right in the heart of Dublin with everything so close by. Free Wi-Fi also a plus. Well stay there again when we go back!

Wonderful location, great beds
The Brooks Hotel is right in the center of things in Dublin. The room was first-rate, the bed was firm and comfortable and the service was excellent. A residents lounge provides free use of computers with Internet access. I would definately stay here again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The hotel is within easy walking distance to Trinity College, which displays the Book of Kells. Its worth a visit. Also, the hop-on, hop-off bus is a great way to get a tour of the city and transportation to the Guiness Storehouse and other attractions.

very nice
Brooks hotel was a VERY nice hotel, middle of the road pricing and the rooms were spacious, clean & comortable. The loation was within walking distance to Temple District restaraunts, shopping, pubs, etc... the staff was knowledgeable, polite and willing to assist. The gym was small but met exercise needs. I would definitely stay there again.
Traveler's tip
price was middle of the road at Brooks, there were a lot more expensive hotels in the area, BUT...there are also less expensive hotels...so shop around if youre looking to save a bit on your accommodations, youll find something in that area.

Great hotel, great location, great people
My sister and I stayed at the Brooks Hotel from 8/7-8/16. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so nice. The hotel was two blocks from Grafton Street, and walking distance to everything else. The hotel had so many amenities, from the free computers/internet downstairs to the front desk staff who were willing to help with anything you asked. The rooms were extremely clean. And every day, around 6pm, Candy Maid came. I recommend being in the room when she comes, because if you are not there, you only get one piece of candy. But if you are there, she lets you take more than one!
If you are traveling looking for peace and quiet, make sure you close your windows. On the weekends, people tend to stumble home in the early hours, and are not so quiet about it. During the week its OK though.

Great Dublin Hotel
My wife, two daughters and I stayed at the Brooks Hotel in Dublin this summer. The Hotel was terrific. Its in a great location in central Dublin near most of the major areas of interest. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We had two rooms, a double and a twin. The rooms were a nice size and very nicely furnished. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent if a little pricey. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

Great location
Hotel was perfectly located, allowing use to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. Street was relatively quiet. Windows are vented to outside, allowing all noise in; it was like sleeping with the windows 100% open so all street noise affected sleeping. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean small room.

Perfect location and great pillows
If you want to be in the center of things in Dublin, but also want to get a decent nights sleep, stay at the Brooks. We could walk easily anywhere but when we wanted to go to bed, the Brooks had good windows and there were no barflies hanging in the streets below.

Great location and friendly service make up for small rooms
My family of 3 stayed at the Brooks hotel for 2 nights in July. The Front Desk was very nice and even though it was quite early (around 11am) they said they could get us into our room as soon as they checked with Housekeeping. Meanwhile the concierge met with us and gave us some great maps of Dublin with some recommendations on where to go. Our room was very nicely accomodated although like most centrally located rooms in large cities, it was a little small. But beds were quite comfortable and bathroom was large enough to hold all our toiletries etc. We enjoyed our stay there, only 5 minutes to Grafton St., Temple Bar,
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
We took a taxi in from airport but took Dublin Bus 16a back to airport from the hotel. Its only 1 block short walk to the bus stop. I think the fare was about 2,60 Euros per person.

Nice Hotel, excellent host
We were very pleased with the Brooks hotel. The people at the desk were very accommodating. The dining room was a little pricey, but good food. About 3 or 4 blocks from the Temple bar area where you find many nice restaurants. Also restaurants much closer. The Irish are very friendly and made our stay extremely comfortable.

Fantastic Location Lovely Staff
Brooks hotel might be a little bit more expensive but for a couple of nights its worth it the staff are lovely we were greeted fabulously when we arrived, any issues we pointed out were resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff were very helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat and things to do, they gave us a great map and pointed out areas of interest. The location is absolutely wonderful if you want to see the sights, have access to great food and pubs and do a spot of shopping. We were very impressed and would recommend this hotel.
Traveler's tip on dining
Wonderful restaurant Fallon and Byrne on Wicklow Street for a wonderful dinner with all the local delicacies prepared beautifully (not super cheap). ONeills pub on Suffolk street for that great Irish experience and wonderful cheap carvery lunch.

The good and The Bad
The Good: Location excellent. Bar service is great. Try Jamieson Red Breast. The Bad: We had to shorten our 5 day stay to 4 days. The day after arrival, we informed the manager at the front desk that we had to leave a day early and were told "No problem. You wont have to pay for the night." We gave 72 hour notice; 3 times the 24 hour notice required to avoid a charge. After check out, we were charged for the night we were not there because we did not have written permission to cancel.
Traveler's tip on dining
Restaurant at The Brooks is pricey, but the lamb is worth it. Trocadero restaurant is very good and only a short walk.

Great hotel with little problems
Beautiful room. Very nice common areas. Exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Wonderful breakfast. Fabulous location. Downsides: Pipes were really loud, in-room internet (both wired and wireless) did not work, phone did not work, and window fell in on us when we opened it (although we caught it in time). Otherwise a great place and I would stay again!

Great Location and Comfort
Staying at The Brooks was a lovely experience-large, nicely detailed rooms and very close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Definitely do the "hop on-hop off" bus to acclamate to the area and the main attractions. Bring walking shoes and an umbrella or hood in the summer-it will rain almost daily. Consider day trips outside of Dublin.
