Avoid at all costs!
We booked this for a night stay in Venice. Not a good choice at all avoid it. As we saw all other hotels in the area are much nicer that this. The worsed was the service. Very very bad. Upon arrival we saw a couple that was requesting a softer pillow what more simple for a hotel to give to a guest and the guy at the front desk was rude told them that they will bring tomorrow the lady told him that she had to sleep tonight so was one step before they started fighting and he still was telling her that was not sure if he could bring it today. Breakfast was very bad I think the hotel is a 1* at best not a 3* hotel. Very bad maintained the walls need painting and overall you fell ripped off not welcome. Choose another hotel and take the boat bus to it is easy and costs 16 Euro for a Day unlimited rides.
There are much nicer Bed and Breakfast cheaper and much nicer. Take the 12hours or 24hours boat bus ticket and get there is easier that getting to the canal with your laggage and make your stay the worse in Venice. Avoid it at all costs.

View was great!
We stayed in room 114 and had a small balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. Beautiful. This is NOT an American 3 star. Bathroom small and shower was cleanish...clean enough to use but grout/rubber door seals needed a good scrubbing. Can be noisy at night from outside sounds. Needed to call/remind front desk several times for pillows, stopped sink and wake-up calls. But, we were in Venice. How bad could it be :-)

If you arrive by bus from Airport, take the entrance next to the one marked Rialto Bridge. Go over the bridge (Hotel Safitel on left). Go over next bridge, turn right, go partially over next bridge and down steps to left.Hotel is on right.

I like this Hotel it is close to the Roma Plaza short distance from the parking garage and train station. People are frendly and it has a unique apeal.
