Convenient and appropriate
This is a decent place to stay, convenient to walk to some good and lively restaurants nearby, as well as to get to the various tours etc offered for the Franz Joseph Glacier.
Traveler's tip on dining
The main road through town has some good restaurants, but it greatly surprised me that the (Bleights) Landing had exceptional food. And I mean 1 or 2 star Michelin standard!
