Great quality and value?
Very happy with our stay. My only small thing I would change is the two small beds they put together to make a double. It makes it difficult to cuddle!!! I think this is pretty standard for Europe. Very helpful staff.
Make sure to do the Norway in a Nutshell trip. Can easily be done in one day.

Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location
The first thing that striked you when you enter the lobby of the Augustin Hotel is the friendly hotel employees. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of the Bryggen, fish market and Central Bergen. The only slight negative is the quality of the breakfast. I think the hotel could do a better job of replenishing the breakfast items as they are consumed. Breakfast was OK but not great.

Convenient location, comfortable hotel
We had a corner room, so it was very light-filled and comfortable. We loved the heated bathroom floor! The location was very convenient to the harbor, shops and fishmarket. The staff was helpful when we needed computer assistance. We would definitely recommend.
