Pleasantly Surprised
Wasn’t sure about this hotel when we arrived and viewed from the outside (older establishment). But after entering, the hotel was beautiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Very convienient location to Grand Bazzar. Definitely would recommend.

Very impressed
We arrived around 10 a.m. had to wait until noon to check in due to room not ready. We had the balcony room our friend had the standard room. Both rooms same size no extra amenities with the balcony room. Very nice and very clean.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Meals were a bit pricey there was a small market across the street that we went in and got a few things to munch on. Very nice and very clean could’nt help you enough.

Good hotel, decent service
In general a very nice hotel and a wonderful stay. A couple of turn offs. I asked for a second room key the first night, the guy at the front desk told me the system doesn’t allow it. I asked another attendent the second morning, and got it in 2 minutes. On the day of check out, I asked for a taxi at 6am, they didn’t call a real taxi, but a hotel shuttle which is not that much cheaper than a taxi, but it waited over 20 minutes for other hotel guests.
