Extremely clean rooms; Great location
My brother and I stayed in a twin bed room. Though a bit small compared to rooms in the U.S. the room was very clean (a must as those of us who travel frequently and internationally know). The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel location (Bloomsbury) was central. Pancras International was a short walk away making my day trip to Paris via the Eurostar convenient.

The bus stop right outside the hotel takes you directly to the London Eye!

The lobby was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful especially with travel arrangements to the airport. The attached restaurant was excellent. It was fun to walk around the neighborhood. My room was quite small but adequate for my short stay. Ask about the size of the room if you want to hang out in the hotel room. Bring your own alarm clock.

This hotel is very convenient to the hospitals of the University College of London and other parts of that campus. Beautiful residential streets, parks, commercial districts and artsy plaves are within walking distance for middle aged walkers.
