Not Impressed
The restaurant was the worst part of the hotel. The prime rib was rare enough to walk off the plate and the potatoes were cold and lumpy, the vegetables just weren’t cooked at all! The hotel was older but not too bad. We stayed there to try out the "sleep number" beds...after our stay, we decided that it would not be worth the expense to buy one of the beds...wasn’t that nice!

Great out of way spot
The hotel was a good location - a little out of the city - but that was actually a good thing. Who knew a hotel bar off the highway in Grand Rapids would be such a happening place. We encountered a great band - Punch and Company - and had a great evening without having to leave the hotel. Rooms were clean and the sleep number beds were great.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
They have coffee makers in the room - but they also have free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby.
