Outstanding Value Close to Banff National Park
We were amazed at the quality of the Banff Boundary Lodge, particularly in light of the bargain rate we paid. We had a two-bedroom unit that included a full kitchen, fireplace, large-screen LCD television and dining area. The bedrooms were reasonably spacious, but we did find the mattresses somewhat uncomfortable (not firm enough). Other than that minor complaint, however, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the accommodations. The Lodge is very close to the Banff National Park entrance. On the other hand, it is not particularly convenient to central Canmore, and the area in which it is located offers very few dining or entertainment options. If you are looking for quality accommodations and outstanding value located practically at the entrance to Banff, Banff Boundary Lodge is an unbeatable choice.

The hotel is ok for this price. The dinner is very expesive, better you eat in Jasper.

Best bargain in the Banff / Canmore area
Clean - comfortable rooms. Try to avoid rooms facing the highway. Traffic and train noise maybe a problem for light sleepers.
