Pretty much average
This hotel was okay but nothing great. There are lots of other places in the Kansas City area I would stay before this one.

Better than 2 star hotel
As cheap hotels go this one is pretty nice. Beds are great. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Nice closet but not much counter space. Right off the highway and great shops and eats nearby!

We didn’t have a fridge in our room like we thought we would. So be ready for that.

Front Desk is surly but the hotel is nice...
The room was lovely, clean and cozy. The ambiance is a bit lacking and it seems very utilitarian, but for business it is just fine. The front desk staff was exceptionally unpleasant. Even reporting a broken hair dryer at checkout was met with a curt repsonse and a glare. If you’re tough, you will be just fine.
