Wouldn’t go back!

We had nothing but a horrible time with this hotel. It started when checking in and our room was not ready so they wanted to give us a room with twin beds for less money than the queen room we reserved. Our hotel room did not have air conditioning that worked; we were told to open the window as the hotel was booked. The maid that came to our room to clean never really cleaned the room. We had the bed spread on a chair due to it being hot and she made the bed by throwing in on the bed folded. She never changed the sheets though we asked. We had to ring down to reception for clean towels. The room was dirty. The carpet was stained, the walls had dirt on them that a simple washing the wall with a rag would work. I tried it. The bathroom was disgusting!! Mold in the bathtub, on the ceiling and all the tile crevices. The sink was not fully attached to the counter and moved if you put your hand on it. The refigerator did not produce any cold air so we could not refridgerate anything. If it were not for the fact that we had already paid for the room, I would have stayed 1 night and found another hotel even if they were for more money because regardless of how cheap the hotel room was it was not even worth the amount I paid.

Thank you for taking the time to comment and our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We try to make sure that all our guests get a room whenever they arrive at hotel although the check in time is at 2pm in the afternoon. In order to do this we need to ask guests if they would like an alternate room that is ready. We would not like to see our guest wait for a room until 2pm in the afternoon after such a long journey. Air-conditioning in the rooms and guest areas are continually checked on a monthly basis by certified technicians only and the problem rooms are attended to the first thing. We would also like to let you know that the hotel has a large number of return guests mainly due to the satisfaction and the service that we provide here at the hotel. We once again apologise for the inconvenience, I hope that you will offer us a chance to show you that our hotel can meet and exceed your expectations in providing great service and comfortable accommodation in the area we are in.

Good or not

If you want to go this hotel, you have to speak English very well. When I asked something, the staff didn’t like me. Because I can’t speak English very well.
