Pleasantly Surprised
Very good for the price. My expectations were not that high so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a very nice and clean room. My only complaint is the hotel should invest in a thicker mattress pad.
Close to shops, restaurants and college.

Convenient to IU, reasonable price, clean room
If you want a location that’s close to IU and reasonably priced, this is pretty good in that regard. The inside hall and stairways are shabby looking, which scared me at first. But my room (facing away from the parking lot on the 2nd floor) was very clean and new-looking. It had a new shower, very clean (no bathtub), which was great.
