Very quiet with convenient access to freeway, easy from John Wayne airport

no customer service skills
I stayed at this hotel 2 nights ago. When I first arrived I had to wait 10 min for the front desk clerk.At breakfast time the next morning there was no milk and the staff didnt know when the delivery would come. I prepaid the room, yet I was charged $50 without being told about it by hotel staff, after speaking to the manager today I was told it’s a hold for "damages" (in case there are any damages to the room) and it will fall off in 2 business days. The suite was clean and neatly furnished. The remote did not work so we had to get up to change the channel (what a drag).For the price it was ok, but the hotel lacks some serious customer service skills.
