ultra comfortable
We stayed only one night and wished for more. The beds made even my 70 year old mom comfortable and happy...separate suite with television gave me the opportunity to watch a late movie provided by the hotel even after mom went to sleep. Embassy Suites lives up to its name in Lubbock. An excellent location for dining, shopping and only 10-15 minutes from the Tech campus.

Not typical of Embassy Suites
This is the first Embassy Suites I have ever been disappointed with. I arrived to find no shampoo or such in the bathroom. Then the wake up call I ordered did not work. The staff was friendly and listened to my complaint but didn’t do anything to make me feel better about it.

Service was outstanding...The staff all went out of their way to be helpful and courteous
