Service not good
Hotel and amenties were OK, but had some service issues... No drinkable water in rooms(thought all of these hotels had), wanted to charge extra for water. Normally a couple are free and the rest are sold, but here no free water. Cleaning lady came late around 4:00pm and said she wouldn’t come back later on, Receptionist said she could of come back later (1 says no, other says yes). Pool closed at 8:00pm, which was the time we normally came back. We argued that there was no sign that stated this and they showed us a small sign that was posted where it couldn’t be seen. We normally stay at "these" hotels and thought we knew what we were getting, but this particular one, left us very dissatisfied.
