Iwent to check out at 6 am for a flight and the desk remained unmaned until 6:20 as theonly employee on duty had to walk the floors delivering bills...This is totally unacceptable and rushd me for returning the car etc. I tried to call the manager when I got home and wwas ignored bymanagement...doubtful to stay...aggrevation not worth it!

This hotel is great. The room was big, confortable and clean. The staff is very friendly.The breakfast is very good. I will go back.

THE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING IN ROOMS VERY BAD
IN THE LAST THREE YEARS ALWAYS HAD COME TO THIS HOTEL, HOWEVER, ON THIS OCCASION WAS FATAL. ARRIVING ROOMS WERE DIRTY, THE LENCERIA USED WITHOUT WASHING, AIR CONDITIONING OUR DAMAGED TWO ROOMS, CLEANLINESS IN THE FOUR DAYS BRIGHTNESS BY ITS ABSENCE, NOT BE COULD MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS FROM THE ROOMS, TELEPHONES NOT BE COULD TRANSFER FROM THE DESK. THE BEST, THE RECEPTION STAFF. NAME THEM LOOK BIG IN THIS OPPORTUNITY MAY BE THAT THEM BRINGS ME THE RECESION.
