Not Impressed
The Hotel Room was clean. The room definetly needed more light around the closet area - all lighting was very yellow and not bright at all. Used the ladies room in the lobby to wash my hands after breakfast and it was out of paper, so I informed the manager and was told yes they knew it they were out and waiting for shipment to come in. There was a Walmart within walking distance that they could have purchase emergency supply until the shipment came in! What a lame excuse. Breafast area needs better arrangment. Not laid out to be able to find napkins near food section and very cramped with little seating area. I would not pick this hotel as my first choice for this area!

very clean. impressed with the complimentary breakfast offered. cereal, donuts, bagels, even could make your own waffles. checking in and out was quick and efficient.

Total Satisfaction
Totally enjoyed staying there for the most wonderful experience ever at -5 degree F. Many thanks for all services provided by all staff, especially from the Business Center for printing flight boarding passes; total satisfaction got by total hospitality from check-in to check-out. Great hotel, will recommend to all future travellers to Greenfield.
