Need to work out the kinks of a new hotel
No hot water the second morning. No explanation from the front desk. Otherwise good experience.

great room, too firm bed
Everything was great for us. We were staying next door to another couple. We had a bigger tv, but they had a softer bed. We both had king suites, so it was odd to have such differences.
