little pricey for what you get, but overall a good hotel
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was a little more that I usually pay for this class of hotel, but there weren’t many hotel options in the area so I guess it can command a higher rate. Overall it was a nice stay.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Great place for souvenirs across the street, Baskins Department Stores. Western clothes and Texas souvenirs. For food, go toward Houston one exit to Reading road. Lots of good places to eat in that area.
