I guess if you cant afford any better....
Hard bed, non working door keys, frendly staff, awesome shower pressure, paper thin walls, old everything, scary elevator..

You get what you pay for and nothing else!
We visit the Phoenix area every March. I have stayed here before and inadvertently booked a room here again! Dont get me wrong, I always try to get one of the cheaper hotels, all we do is sleep there! I just think they would want you to return again, it seems they do not!?! When I arrived, the person at the front desk was less than welcoming. I felt like leaving right then. When I got to the room the carpet was wet and the room smelled like wet carpet! Later I noticed there is no "complementary" coffee I went downstairs to ask for some. I mentioned the carpet and was informed that "they had cleaned the carpets but they would only take a few hours to dry", it took a little longer than that! Anyway, a hotel room is a hotel room. The room is typical, the "kitchen" is convenient, the king bed was actually comfortable!? Dont expect any amenities (pool, workout, laundry, ect.) they dont even have a vending machine! An other thing that bothered me was they do not clean your room daily, I actually like that! I really dont want someone in my room every day! What bothered me was the day before I checked out "someone" cleaned the room!?! I guess they want to make sure you havent trashed it??? The "good" parking was packed every night, I had to park on the opposite end of the hotel!?! Like I said you get what you pay for!!!

Definitely recommend for the money
You get what you pay for. This hotel was $50 cheaper than any other hotel we looked at. We looked at many! We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room, cleanliness, and location. We will definitely stay again.
