Get it only if you need something cheap
The no-smoke room had sign of cigar burn all over and the smell was really bad. The mattress had yellowish marks as old as it could be. The kitchen utensils were old and disgusting.

Underwhelmed
While I did not expect a high-end efficiency, I felt this was not a good value. While the room was non-smoking, the halls, elevator, and stairwell was not. The backdoor smoker’s ashtray was beside the door, allowing the smoke to waft up the stairs. This hotel allows pets, aggrevating my wife’s allergies. The bathroom light also turns on the noisest exhaust fan I have ever heard! It did not help when our neighbor checked in with his dog, then left for a concert...the poor dog barked for hours & management could do nothing.

Not at all adequate
I tried to save money by reserving this hotel room, thinking that I could buy groceries and prepare my own meals. Boy was I wrong...the kitchen was inadequately stocked. One spoon, no bowl, but there was a colendar...no pot for soup, but there was a big frying pan...no soap to wash dishes - I had to use a bar of bath soap. The staff was not helpful or welcoming. I would never stay at the Extended stay product agian. I will pay more for a cleaner, more adequately stocked mini-suite.
